This 2,700 sq ft retreat features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and a two-story wraparound deck with an outdoor covered fireplace and serene mountain and creek views. Enjoy designer interiors, open-concept living, and access to Eagle’s Nest amenities—winery, Great Camp, and more—just minutes from downtown Banner Elk. ATVs and dirtbikes are not allowed on-site.

Welcome to Creekside at Eagle’s Nest, your private 2025 mountain sanctuary. From the moment you step inside, you’ll be surrounded by warmth, craftsmanship, and quiet luxury. Vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and floor-to-ceiling windows frame sweeping mountain views, while the open living space invites you to unwind by the stone fireplace or share a meal in the chef’s kitchen with premium Bosch appliances. You’ll wake to the sound of the nearby creek and sip coffee on your two-story wraparound deck, where the air feels fresh and time slows down. Each bedroom feels like a retreat of its own—spacious, serene, and styled with natural textures and soft tones. Spa-inspired bathrooms, a cozy lounge area, and inviting outdoor spaces create a sense of pure relaxation. When you’re ready to explore, you’ll have access to Eagle’s Nest’s exclusive amenities—a winery, scenic UTV trails (Note: you cannot bring your own UTV, must rent through the local company), and the Great Camp pavilion for seasonal concerts and mountain dining in the brand-new Epic Steakhouse (reservations required). Just minutes away, downtown Banner Elk offers boutique shopping, fine dining, and a vibrant mountain-town charm. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion, escaping for the weekend, or simply craving peace in the mountains, Creekside at Eagle’s Nest is where luxury and tranquility meet. Nearby Dining: Epic Chophouse Epic Chophouse restaurant in Banner Elk offers the top dining experience and best mountain views in the High Country of North Carolina. We literally elevated food and drink in the Blue Ridge when we opened our Eagles Nest location at 4,300 feet elevation in 2025. Perched atop a knoll with panoramic vistas, our gorgeous mountain lodge setting has soaring ceilings, glass walls and striking art. Watch summer sunsets from covered decks complete with firepits. Open year-round, the bar and dining room with a massive stone fireplace are perfect places to gather with friends on winter days. Thank you! AWD or 4WD is highly recommended during the winter months if weather conditions are adverse. Eagles Nest Community Amenities Your stay includes access to amenities throughout the Eagles Nest gated mountain community. At the Great Camp, you'll find a BBQ pavilion, playground, mini-golf course, ropes course (seasonal), the Great Lawn, and hiking trails — plus the amphitheater hosts live concerts from May through October. There's even a 24/7 Dollar General concept store for anything you forgot to pack. Over at the North Pavilion, you'll find a sports court with basketball and pickleball, a ball field, dog park, fire pit, walking trails, and the woodland trail system for hiking, biking, and ATVs. The Sportsman's Grille serves casual fare Wednesday through Sunday. Camp Eagles Nest has tennis courts, pickleball, disc golf, archery, a climbing tower (seasonal, hours vary), a playground, and basketball courts — just bring your own equipment. Guests can make reservations at Epic Chophouse, Eagles Nest's upscale steakhouse with panoramic mountain views and sunsets at 4,300 feet. The Eagles Nest Winery is also open to guests with a day pass purchase.

Day passes are available (~$25) for guests 16+. **Sports & Recreation:** The North Pavilion offers basketball and pickleball courts, ball fields, and a dog park. Camp Eagles Nest also features tennis, disc golf, and fishing ponds. **Hiking & Trails:** Miles of scenic trails wind through Eagles Nest, offering opportunities to explore the surrounding mountain landscape. ### SEASONS AT 5,000 FEET **Spring & Summer:** Mild temperatures, lush greenery, and the Summer Concert Series (May–Nov) at the amphitheater on weekends. **Fall:** Some of the best leaf-peeping in the country, with vibrant reds and golds surrounding the lodges. **Winter:** A snowy wonderland minutes from the slopes. Beech Mountain Resort is approximately 10–15 minutes away, while Sugar Mountain Resort is approximately 15–20 minutes away. Roads are plowed, but 4WD/AWD is required November–March due to steep grades and snow. ### NEARBY ATTRACTIONS Grandfather Mountain and its Mile-High Swinging Bridge, the Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster, and Elk River Falls are all a short drive. Beyond the gates, downtown Banner Elk offers dining at Stonewalls, Artisanal, and Louisiana Purchase. ### NOTES AND TIPS **Gate Access:** You will need a pass or code for the main gate, provided before check-in. **Access Restrictions:** The Fitness Center and locked portions of the Sportsman's Lodge are normally owner-only unless the membership allows guest access. **Construction:** This is a growing community, so there is occasional construction visible during the day.
